ARLIE ALLEN

Arlie Allen is a motivated and passionate Property Executive at Yorkshire Property who strives for a high level of attention to detail and professionalism in all aspects of property management.

Arlie has completed his Agent's Representative Certificate through Real Estate Academy Australia and is forging his path to a long and succesful career in real estate.

Coming from experience in the live music industry working as a booking agent for some of Australia's biggest artists, Arlie was inspired to work in the real estate industry and engage in a career change as many members of his close and extended family have worked in the industry and have sparked an interest in the career.

Arlie's favourite part of the real estate industry is working with clients to achieve various goals and that every day working in the industry is different and challenging.

Born and raised in Collingwood, Arlie knows the area and surroundings well and enjoys having the opportunity to work in the area every day.

Outside of real estate, Arlie enjoys catching up with friends, eating good food and cheering on the Collingwood Magpies.

PATRICK COY

Patrick is a fully Licensed Estate Agent, REIV member, Director and Officer in Effective Control of Yorkshire Property.

JONATHAN SACKS

After completing a Bachelor of Property and Real Estate from Deakin University and obtaining his Agents Representative Certificate from REIV, Jonathan has become a favourite or renters and rental providers due to his unparalleled service and attention to detail.

Jonathan’s favourite part of working in the real estate industry is the ability to meet and engage with new people every day. This has come from over 7 years in a retail management position, where Jonathan consistently showed his focus and dedication towards building quality, long-term relationships with all clients. “A big part of my passion for the real estate industry is that I truly enjoy working with people,” says Jonathan. Jonathan aims to respond to all clients’ questions and makes sure any concerns are addressed promptly.

RENTERS

Lease Agreement

Upon signing your Lease Agreement,  you will be provided a guide for tenants written by Consumer Affairs Victoria. You can also download and view this guide by clicking here.

Routine Inspections

A routine inspection will be conducted twice annually during your tenancy. You will receive notification via email with the required notice. It is important that you check your emails on a regular basis. The property manager will be taking photos while at the inspection, these photos will be of a room aspect or damage, and we do not intend to photograph your belongings.

 

The property manager will be checking to make sure the property is in clean and tidy order, please note areas checked are kitchen (oven and cooking), bathroom (shower screen and tiles throughout) and carpets and floors.

Condition Report

You will receive a condition report when you collect the keys from your new property. You are then required to sign each page and return to your property manager within three business days. If you disagree with any of the agent's comments, put your own comments in the Tenant's Comments column. 

Maintenance

All maintenance needs to be reported to the agent straight away. Maintenance must be reported in writing via email or using your Maintenance Request Form (below) you received when you first moved in. A trade's person will be sent a work order with your contact details to arrange time to enter the property.

In the event of an emergency after hours, please contact the office number on 9998 8101. If your maintenance item is not deemed an emergency you may have to pay the after-hours call out fee. All urgent repairs are listed on Renting a Home A Guide for Tenants.

Rent Payments

Rent is due monthly in advance. You will be able to pay via direct debit which will be processed on the date set out in your lease agreement. Please click here if you would like to update your banking details and return via email to your manager.

 

We also offer payment of rental via BPAY and credit card facilities, however there is a 2% surcharge on any credit card payment and not all cards are accepted.

​

If you cannot pay your rent on time you must advise your property manager.

Pets

Pets will be considered upon application. If you wish to have a pet live or stay with you at anytime during your tenancy you must notify your property manager so this can be discussed with the Rental Provider.
